Automax AI operates on a usage-based billing model. You are charged per appraisal completed on our platform. There are no recurring subscription fees. You can view your billing details and usage history at any time through your account dashboard.
02Refunds
We do not offer refunds for payments already processed, including:
- Partial use of the service
- Unused appraisals
- Failure to discontinue use before additional charges are incurred
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Technical issues on our end that prevent access or use of the service
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our sole discretion.
